Resort Policy
- The resort management reserves the right to allow pets. Pet’s up to 20 lbs are permitted at the resort.
- Pets exceeding the weight limit may be accepted into the resort at the General Manager's discretion. Please check with the resort in advance.
- A charge of INR1500.00 per night applies for all pets and will be added to your guest room folio as Room Deep Cleaning Charges.
- Pets may not be left in the guest room unattended.
- In the event extra service is required to be carried out the room INR1000.00 charge will be levied.
- If a pet is left alone in a guest room and the owner can’t be located, the pet will then be removed to another location and an INR1500.00 per hour pet sitting fee will be assessed.
- Pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times in the resort. If your pet is snappy, then a muzzle is compulsory.
- Pets are not allowed in the public areas including Reception, Restaurants, Bars, Swimming Pool and Central Lawns and other guest room’s areas, except the pet friendly cluster.
- Please pick up after your pets the resort provides plastic bags and scoops and special bins have been placed in designated areas for disposal.
- The resort requires an INR4000.00 damage deposit from guests housing pets in their room. Upon checkout the room will be inspected for damage. If no damage is found your deposit will be returned. If damage is found Management reserves the right to withhold your deposit for repairs.
- You are required to control noise made by your pet, so that it will disturb other guests. Pets that constitute a nuisance to other occupants of the resort by barking or howling may subject their owner to any other charges for lost revenue by the resort.
- If your pet is loose you must have a “Do not Disturb” sign on the door, in which case your room will not be serviced. We will not be responsible for your pet getting loose if you do not put the “Do not Disturb” sign out.
- In the event of your pet attacking any other guest or staff, the owner will be liable to take responsibility for all legal and financial issues arising out of the same.
